The family first engaged in this industry in 1981, jointly with several constituents from the Philippine Military Academy and formed the Matatag Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. This corporation lasted for more than 10 years until the administrators decided to create their own respective firms, leaving Matatag under the direct management of our family.

 

Eventually, a new corporation, Perm Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. was formed with some associates from the uniformed service, as company directors. The business ended its operations on 2002. Upon its termination, Mrs. Perla Zubia then put up Amethyst Security Agency where Amethyst, as a corporation, emanated.

 

Moreover, a family member joined another group to form Steelhawk Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. in 1998.
